I am with Cellular One (western wireless), and i have two 2 year contracts with them. One on my phone one on my gf's... Well the service has been crap all around.

I couldn't get a supervisor on one call to talk with me, they ripped me over 60 in extra charges that wheren't supposed to be there.

I usually have to call 3-6 times about one issue to get the true anwser.

This isn't just noraml i hate my company crap, this company truely does rip you off. I lost my 8410 because of there brew service and corrupt files that caused my phone to data error out. They offered to send it in and that was it.

They offered a replacment Loaner phone that was horrible and couldn't do half of the features i had paid for with my other phone... As well they told me the antana tends to break, so i was forced to buy a new phone at full price.

When i got my old 8410 back they actually replaced it cause it was so bad, i recently heard that they had many of those issues with brew and that phone.

Now i called them and they said i couldn't get Web on my web enabled 8910 because there where issues with it and the service, though it clearly states at there store that it is for online... They said there is a work around but they arn't supposed to do it.

As well i paid for pix messanging, and they gave me 2 of the three means of sending... Then charged me full price stating, that the third was simply an extra, though there ad clearly states you can do any of these three methods...

So i want to know if there is a way to get out of this contract, with out paying a lawyer... Of corse id pay one if they did it probono till the outcome. Cause this is total BS.

I would try just porting your number to a diff carrier I have never done this and am not sure exectly how it works but if they buy out your contract then it will be worth it.
