Use Nero and select the CD image burning option instead of data/audio disc. It will ask you want image file you want to burn. Select the image file you created and burn it.

some versions of nero work only with the cdrw they are bundled with, if you are using this version, you can only burn an image to your harddisk... use neroexpress that comes with it if worse comes to worse...

When you want to look at the content of an ISO or BIN file, use Alcohol 120%, it has a virtual CD/DVD, but is also quite good in burning. It accepts a lot of image file (CDRWIN, CDClone, etc).

I never got the 'Picture CD' feature to work for me so I just do a data CD burn, and put all of my pictures onto the disk. Its not EXACTLY the same, but it works for me, and I guess that's what counts!
