    Does anyone know where I can get that desktop wallpaper or theme that changes colors when the weather changes? I've seen it before, but now I can't find it on the net. Thanks.

    Look up dynamic themes. I've seen the programs in use, but I've never used one myself, so I can't reccomend any particular one.
