what format are you changing from and what format do you want to change to???? I use adobe photoshop - if you post up the pic I can do it for you ...............

if it's something simple like "bmp > jpeg" or "jpeg > gif" you can use mspaint!

this is so true - when photoshop won't do what I want it to do I whip out the old MS paint - no probs there Hidden Content

irfanview is the best it can compress the images also, and its a good viewer also
