Are folders possible on CU500

When I download songs to my chip, I use folders. When I look at the list in the phone all songs are mixed together and there are no folders. Any help please.

The phone finds the songs wherever they are. SInce there is no way to navigate through folders with the phone's menu, making folders is a useless exercise.
