I recently got an LG CG225 (with Cingular), cropped some pictures up to 128x128 resolution, uploaded them to a site, and downloaded them successfully to the phone. For some reason, these pictures do not fit the whole screen on the phone when I set them to wallpaper and there's a white border around them all. Ok... So I make the pics 138x138, thinking they were just too small. They look exactly the same when set as wallpapers, only the 138x138 ones are clearer. I don't get this border with pictures I take with the camera and it's not on the stock wallpapers, just the JPEGs I downloaded to the phone from the internet.
So my questions are
1. Can I stretch the images to fit the whole screen?
2. Can I change the color of the background from white to black (most of my walls are dark colored so that'd work too)
3. What resolution and/or format should the images be in to fit properly.
4. Is it supposed to be like that/can it even be fixed?
Thanks for the help

Re: LG CG225 weird wallpaper fit
Are you sure it's not square? It sure looks it to me, the square sized pics make a pretty evenly sized border around all sides, and http://www.mobiledia.com/reviews/lg/cg225/page1.html claims it is 128x128 (3rd to last paragraph on that page). I think I'll amp up a few larger and different sized pics if I have to, but I want to get a definite answer before I go spending more money on downloading these things .
And where can I find the pic info with the phone menu? Sorry I don't know much about what I'm doing.
