I purchased this phone from an eBay vendor. It was advertised as NIB and unlocked. It is a T-Mobile phone. When I inserted a T-Mobile SIM card it did not recognize it. I tried to use the unlock feature and got a message that I could not do that. I called T-Mobile tech support and they said that the phone was not registered as being a T-Mobile phone. As far as I know the vendor sourced their phones from Hong Kong.
Is there any way I can get this phone to work?
    Thank you

Hi, by the way, I also recently bought a new phone and it became the LG G7 https://www.grelly.com/itm/lg-g7-thi...y-293595129492 . This is my second phone, I took it for work. It suits me completely for the price of a little less than $ 150. I recommend it
