Can anybody help me as far as setting up my own "personalized greeting" with an incoming call to my voicemail, problem is, i've now had my v3c about 6 months almost & i keep getting calls that are for at least 2 previous owners of my number, i refuse to answer these calls as i have my friends & family set up in my contacts and besides, my logic is, if you've been calling the same number looking for the same person & at times even leaving messages (in my voice mail) and nobody either answers you or your messages "Don't You Think You'd Get The Hint"!!!!!!!! So i thought, an easy way around this is just to put my own voice on my voice mail answering message & then "maybe" they'll get the hint, just maybe................

It would help to know who your service provider is...
Did you try calling your own number from the phone, and listening to the menu options?

figured it out, thanks for the tip about calling your own phone, never realized there was an option on there to record your greeting, lol.
