The 9300 is the perfect business phone. It has everything that anyone needs to keep it touch with clients and work. From email to word processing and internet browsing this phone is great. The calender and contact lists are great for keeping track of business and kids events. Despite what some other reviews say, I haven't experienced very many bugs at all, it is decently fast, no long loading times or anything.

The phone lacks in several areas. No vibration is HUGE, simply because I am usually in an environment where I need to silence my phone. There is no camera, but the average business man, I doubt, would use one anyway. The lack of a backlight is another area which is cumbersome. It makes it difficult to type and send messages in a dimly lit, or dark room.

Despite these few drawbacks I believe the smooth operating system and great memory and potential upgrades make this phone one of the better smart phones on the market. You can't get everything you want on a phone anyway, but this phone covers all the essentials.
