Help - Newbie

Need advice. My wife has a Sprint Family Plan and I'm considering adding a line for me. However, I want a Sanyo 7050 which Sprint no longer offers. So my question is, how can I join the wife's plan and still get the 7050?? If I buy it on eBay (or similar source) how do I get it activated and will there be a fee for that?? Or will I get a better deal if I just accept another, more current phone that is now being offered by Sprint??

Either way would work; I would never buy a phone off ebay.
I recommend a new phone from Sprint and get the better deal and the phone insurance.

Yeah, just grab it from ebay, add yourself(they may give you a free phone too) but tell them you'll activate it yourself. Then just give the ESN of the phone you want.
