Youv'e already got it. Afaik there ain't anywhere cheaper than
18185/1899 for 'occasional' use. If you want cheaper you'll have to go
voip.

If you have a BT line you can carrier preselect to Primus Saver 2 for
nothing, then you get free evening/weekend calls up to 90 mins. I think
they have a similar product by another name that you get paid a tenner to
switch to using Uswitch or similar.
But this is uk.telecom.mobile, so you aren't using a BT line
