What kind of movie format does the blackberry pearl flip 8230 take?

How good is the durability of the BlackBerry Pearl Flip 8230? I just dropped it, so was thinking about its durability. Though I cannot see any external damage on it

Is there any way to back-up downloaded data? I was upgrading my mobile and realized that all of my games and other pieces of downloaded data which came downloaded with the phone were missing. Is there any way to regain those lost pieces of data?

My BlackBerry Pearl Flip 8230 does not let me do anything. I cannot click on nothing or choose anything it just stays on the home screen. It hasn't been dropped no water damage or anything. Has anybody else had this problem or no how to fix it without buying a whole new phone?
