I'm trying to add a security password on my phone for when I view "My Messages" and "Contacts" (just to enter a simple password)

On my cellphone I goto
Settings > Security > Privacy (then I select "My Messages" and "Contacts" in this menu) and it asks me to enter a password

The thing is, I've tried every combination I can think of for a password and nothing works, and I have no clue what it could be (I dont remember the last time I had to enter a password on my phone)

Is there anyway I can find out what my password is or will I have to call rogers?... Or am I stuck?

Is there a default password to begin with? Like '1234' (which I tried) - because I don't ever remember putting a password in this phone at all
