News: Samsung Galaxy Beam i8520 projector phone

The projector phone that was once spotted and announced back in February has been renamed the Samsung Galaxy Beam and is a projector phone. Singapore will be the first market to get the Galaxy Beam projector phone which should be sometime in July.

Features of the Samsung Galaxy Beam include: The handset will run Android 2.1, featuring a 3.7 inch WVGA Super AMOLED display, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, A-GPS, integrated “beam projector”, and an 8MP autofocus camera with HD video recording. Price of the handset has not been announced.
