Galaxy s5 - Blocking a call

I am having an issue with a lady who keeps calling me looking for someone else, which is very annoying when I get multiple calls
I have rejected the call and blocked it on my phone, but she can still call me. The only difference is that the number appears as private.
What I need to be able to do is make my phone unavailable to her - is there anyway I can block it totally so it doesn't ring ????
