strange icon on front screen, samsung b2100

Hi all
ive just had a yellow icon come up on my screen (next to battery strength icon), it looks like two hands being held.
The only thing ive dont tonight, is remove the memory card to view a video on my computer via the tiny memory card.
for some reason this yellow icon is now showing.
the manual shows nothing similar
any ideas please?
