i got a 8200 and im having problems with the speakerphone option when the flap is closed.
People are having trouble hearing me when i talk to them.
Can someone tell me where the MICROPHONE piece is, or where on the phone do i have to talk into so the caller can hear me well

the microphone, i believe is on the bottom where the phone gets charged...and u jus speak into the bottom part of the phone.. if ur havin problems, i would go to sprint and jus get it replaced, if u have insurance, take advantage of it!!!

Also if you bought your phone less than a year ago you don't even need to used your insurance, you can get it replaced through warranty.
