MM8300 Faceplate install

Can anyone please provide a link to instructions on installing a new faceplate on my mm8300. There are instructions out there on the 8200, but the phones are not identical and I think the process is different.

Well, for those who don't know how to do it, I did find this

It's easier if you take the back off as well to get the left hinge out.

The whole tutorial that I quoted is wrong in that the "spring hinges do not push in, they push out. Be very carefull to push them out with the cable out of the way. The most difficult IMO was putting the hinges back in. Overall, tedious but easy enough to make it worth it.
