Z600 synchronization

Hi everyone.
How do I put my theme-(.thm) and MIDI-files (.mid) into my Z600 phone? I've just found out how to put images from my PC to the Z600 with the SonyEricsson Image Editor.

If u use an Ir cable you can just send the files to your phone and confirm it on your phone then the phone will just put the files in the right place.

for example right click on a theme file then select send to near by computer (or what ever yours says for your z600) then on your z600 screen it says would u like to comfirm the upload, select yes then the file will be placed in the right place.

ill be able to explain my self better when i get home.

Thanks, but I mailed SonyEricsson and they told me to buy a Bluetooth USB Adapter, so I did.

Now it works perfectly.
