Front cover problems with z500a

I cant get the dam thing off i just about blew my thumbs off trying to slide it off i looked at this little movie Link its at the very bottom they make it seem so simple but its not any tips?

Ok scratch that i got it, heres what i did get the phone in the palm of your hands and hold it camera facing you. Then kinda put both your hands together like your praying and just push down on the front and it should come off with some work and put it in between your knees if you need more grip.
