mp3 problem

Hi Everyone its my first time on.
I bought a 700i on vodafone because i could not get one on 02 so i got it unblocked to use on 02.The problem now is that i cant use mp3`s which i have downloaded on to my pc and bluetoothed to my phone to play as ringtones it just says that it cant use this file.Has anyone had this problem if so can you please help me

yes i had the same problem when i got my s700i its a vodafone live handset, same thing happened to me, its a right pain
what i did was get a drm packager
you can do a google search and it will come up, there are two websites
www.synccast.com and www.drmpackager.com
its pretty easy to use just transfer your mp3 files to the drm packager and it will free them up so u can transfer them back to your fone then and you will be able to use them as ringtones etc.

ruth got a packager now, sorry for being a pain but how do i change them from being protected to not being protected because i can only protect them
