    While talking on the phone for around 20 mins, my phone got very warm. This also happens when I charge my phone! Is my phone a problem or the battery is faulty??

    This is definitely because of the phone battery draining and charging. I would try changing out the battery for a new one if it gets too hot. If the battery life degrades, definitely get a new one.

    It,s may be any one
    1) Mobile circuitry problem or
    2) Battery,s fault.
