Sony ericsson w200i wont turn on

why my Sony Ericsson w200i won't charge, wont turn on manually or by using usb port, I've tried taking out the battery and placing it back but it hasn't changed anything . Can anyone help me?

It sounds like there is either something wrong with the charger, charger port, or battery. There could also be dirty in the charger port or between the battery contacts. I would check for that first.

If that doesn't work start replacing things. Check to see if it works between replacing things then move on to the next thing if the previous thing doesn't work. - the charger - then the battery - then the phone.
