help!!! i need deleted text messages

my carrier is my family mobile by t-mobile.... i am trying to get their corp. number for their legal dept. to get a copy of my deleted text messages. please if anyone can help me it is very important, and time is ticking. my mom needs them before she dies. she is terminally ill.

I believe you would need a court subpoena to obtain this information from t-mobile regardless of what number you call. They may only store messages for a short period of time if they store them at all. According to the t-mobile website you cannot obtain deleted text messages from them.

Are you sure that you can even get a copy of deleted messages? Aren't they gone forever once you delete them? I always though they only keep track of the date, time and number that you call.
