If you DO find a working gateway, I'd first check with any proposed
recipient to ensure that they won't be charged for receiving the email
to text. I thought Virgin uk's "Vxtras", listed on some of the sites
below, was going to be turned off a couple of years back but other
people might find that some of the other info is current for their
respective airtime provider.
