Just got a new mobile from e2save, cheap for the tariff but made the mistake
of trying a clam phone which I just do not like. Are the returns within 7
    days straightforward or not?

    e2save returns are very easy

Just call them and tell them you want to return the phone.

First they may offer to swap the phone for something else - if this suits
then goes down this route, or if not insist on returning the phone. They
will give you an RMA number, then the easiest way thye suggest is to drop
the phone into a carphone warehouse store. Just make sure you get a receipt
    for the phone.

Ho hassle really, or a least when I returned a D600 a months or so ago -
    crap phone !

Thanks for the reassurance and I have a Carphone Warehouse a mile away. I
have an LG8330 again feel it is a crap phone!

If you send it back then get a new contract, remember there will also be a
new credit check. Something to remember if you are applying for credit
elsewhere, as more searches could lower your credit score.
