Samsung D600 not seeing the memory card

G'day all,
bought this phone about a week ago and a 1gb micro SD card for it.
Thing is, I cant get the phone to see anything thats on the stick.

Anyone have this phone and know what might be the trouble? Any help

Probably the card is faulty. Can you try it in a PC with a card reader?
Or another phone?
