Orange offer these types of tariffs as a retention tool to stop
existing customers from leaving. You will only be eligble for them if
you are an existing Orange contract customer who is eligble for renewal
and meet the criteria to have it offered.

You want to speak to Orange Customer Retentions (not Orange Customer
Services!). OCR have the power to offer you the moon on a stick to
stay, although they do go through phases of being fussed and not fussed
    about people leaving.

If you are an Orange Customer, search on here for the OCR number and
keep trying until you get through to someone who's prepared to help.
