    pls. help unlock my sim to any network.

    PRD: 17740-002

    Its says Verizon on the welcome screen
    On the network setting for gsm it say MPulse.

    Im from Guam.

    I found out its unlocked with a code by typing mepd. Its Hard lock, anybody know how to unlock hard lock ?
