Browser Setup

I just got a brand-new, unbranded, unlocked Moto Razr V3; I transferred my
ATT Wireless SIM to the phone (I am a former ATT customer) from my V600, but
I get a meessage "Browser Setup Not Completed" when I try to get to Mymmode.
I remember that I can get these settings for download from a web page,

Would anyone be so kind as to direct me to that page? I'd appreciate the
help.
