Anyone try this headset? Is it worth the money? Does it help the
t720 volume issue?
Thanks

I bought one new on eBay. While it does have about the best
noise canceling and mic voice quality I've experienced the speaker
is poor in the volume department. The problem is that it doesn't
fit snugly into your ear. If you angle it so that it is aligned more
with your ear canal (and fits further in) the mic end of the boom
can't be positioned properly (kind of like sticking an ear bud in
sideways). Unfortunately the speaker is slightly larger in diameter
than others which prevented me from putting a Jabra earjel on it
like I do with Jabras and Plantronics.
For speaker volume (non-amplified) the Jabra is hands-down
the best. The 2-in-1 Jabra that VZW is selling exclusively also
has very nice voice quality that has been missing in other Jabra
models I've used. The noise canceling is quite good also. This
model lets you select between using the earjel or an over-the-ear
loop.
