enhancement not support

hi i have nokia 3100 and when i trying to plug the dku-5 cable i get all the
time the message "enhancement not support"
and rarly i get "enhancement connected" (and then it works fine)

I wanted to know if u think its problem with the phone or with cable ?

i success connecting it couple of time it even worked with nokia pc suit
,but usally i get the message enhancement not support

and now i dont remeber when the last time i success plug it and it say
connected

Yup, it is a clone.

Generally the clones are very cheaply made and totally unreliable. However,
as you've had yours working in the past it looks more like a connectivity
problem. Make sure none of the pins on the phone end of the cable are bent,
and that they move slightly when pressed. My guess is that you'll find a
porrly soldered joint if you were to dismantle the cable, but I'd be more
likely to return it for a replacement.
