Can anyone tell me how to increase the loudness on my ringtone, it used to
have the word loud on the screen but it has vanished, and the speaker volume
has dropped as well, would be grateful for any help.

Well to turn my volume up and down i normally ring 150 then press the up
arrow key and the volume indicators appear just press up or down to change
volume loudness

Hope this is of help-there is proably an easier way but i always use this
way

Yes, via Tones... There are settings in that menu.
LOUD sounds like a profile. Press off key once and scroll down. I use
silent frequently when working and general normally. (3410)

You just need to press the up and down key while you are making or receiving
calls to control the voice volume.
