    Funny- I've only seen a few employees post here, and they seem quite willing
    to answer questions. But, by the tone of your post, that last statement
    probably went right over your head.

    I'm sorry that you feel the way you do but this isn't my experience
    nor does it seem to the the common opinion. My issue was resolved to
    my satisfaction. I'd have rather it been done without my threatening
    to leave, but none the less it was handled. Sprint does NOT have the
    worst customer service, that would be either Cingular, Alltel or
    Compaq (I know, Compaq isn't a phone company).

    do in fact rate Sprint PCS worst in Customer Service.
