    Are you sure the phone is a V3m?

    Perhaps it is a V3i or another type of Razr?

    If it is a V3M, it _IS_ a CDMA version MotoRazr and it will work on
    Sprint, but they may not activate it if it was a Verizon branded
    phone.

    A V3m would not have worked on Cingular as the other posters pointed
    out, as they use a whole different GSM system, not CDMA.

    At worst, you can sell it on eBay, where cellphones are a popular
    item.

    Sorry man, it can't be done. I work for sprint, and I can tell ya, that the
    ESN on the back of the phone underneath the battery won't appear in our
    system.
