Well lets see what does that make you Phill?? I mean you hate just about
everything about Sprint PCS, but becuz they gave you a retention plan to
keep you, You continue to take it up a$$. So Basically I think you are a
Hypocrite... You let them give you bad customer service, but you then
decide it's ok, as long as I get a retention plan.. We don't want to
hear you complaints anymore.. they are getting old.. So just sit there
and let sprint give it to you up the a$$ all for the little retention
plan you got.

Of course Phil will now call you a complete lunatic.
Lets see...he says:

>newsgroup? Such total arrogance.
I suggest the comment about total arrogance might be a tad
presumptious.
And he calls me a complete lunatic for that.
I would suggest he has a social interaction issue, but he
would call me a social apologist. <snicker>

Re: Good Experience With Customer Service Thread!
I am betting he is one of those big 400 pound guys, that sits in front
of the computer ALL day naked, looking at childporn on the newsgroups.
He has a cell phone to try and make himself look important when he does
go outside his house, hoping that he will actually get a phone number
from a girl who is probably ugly too, and is just dying to be able to
give any guy her number. All the other time is spent calling Sprint PCS
customer care, to see what stories he can come up with next.. All the
while he complains, he is still taking these bad expereinces up the a$$
becuase he managed to lie and say he wanted to cancel when he didnt so
he can get a retention plan so that his broke a$$ can afford the bill
because he doesnt get that much from disabilty from being so fat. LOL

Re: Good Experience With Customer Service Thread!
I'll add my post to this thread and say that I think it's misleading to
think that one has a good chance for a good CS experience with Sprint
realtive to other carriers.
My Sprint PCS experience was absolutly horrendous. I've had several
phones on different carriers just like I've had several DSL providers. I
can say that most have been mediocre and a few have been unusually good.
A few have been really horrible.
My opinion of good and bad has by coincidence lined up pretty well with
customer studies, even though at the time every one of those terrible
companies and their employees insisted they didn't have a problem.
Sprint POS for example insists they're improving and have matters under
control but continue to get low marks in studies by such reputable
publications such as Consumer Reports and others.
My "hall of shame" includes the following in chronological order. People
can be their own judge at to whether my opinion was "correct" and keep
in ind every one had their employees tell me how great they were all
throughout.
Pacbell DSL when they first started offering DSL. Pacbell in hindsight
turned out to be notoriously bad nad had to spend years doing damage
control to their brand for their desewrved bad reputation. They were
eventually sued successfully in a class action suit.
Telocity DSL. Another complete nightmare. of double talk and
incompetance. Telocity also developed a reputation for gross
incompetance.
By comparison, I currently have Sonic.net DSL and am amazed at how good
their CS and service is. They don't hide anything. When they have a rare
outage they're totally up-front about it on their website and fix it
when they say they will. Also, theyre is almost never and hold for their
CS and EVERY ONE that I've spoken to so far are REAL network techs, not
some McDonalds crash course minimum wage CS jerks.
Pacbell cellular was probably the best I ever had, but that was a long
time ago before they sucked. Also, that was at a time when all cellular
pretty much sucked so it was a very realtive thing and maybe I just got
lucky.
I often use my wife's TDMA ATT and find for voice calls and find it to
be very reliable and has great coverage. Also, while I'm sure their CS
isn't anything fantastic, it does rate much better than Sprint
consistantly.
Lastly there is Sprint POS which I've found to be absolutly terrible for
dropped calls, poor coverage, expensive and frequesnt roaming, the
absolute worst CS and billing headaches galore due to incompetant reps
and just bad policies and system. And just like my other opinions, by
coincidence I check other reputable sources like Consumer Reports to
find out if my experience is a fluke or consistant with their other
customers...
Every time, low and behold Consumer Reports and others say that
companies like Sprint are the worst rated, not just by me but by
thousands of customers surveyed.
But as any Sprint employee will tell you, all those customer surverys
and Sprint's low ratings are all wrong. Suuuure.
But, that's what they're paid to say isn't it?
Btw: "only post what I like in my thread" posts are lame. If you want to
decalre your right to mederate a thread do it on your own message board.
Until you're officially given that privledge on *this* forum, you don't
have it. So if you want to get all indignant that other people don't
follow your *request* then by all means feel free. You have my
permission.

Re: Good Experience With Customer Service Thread!
All this thread asked was for people who HAVE had good expereinces to
post their story.. Some of us are just tired of reading horror story
after horror story.. We get it.. This was just to see what good
experiences people have had just as a change of direction, becuase no
one ever hears the good stories. Good Stories experience are taken as
the way it should be in the first place, but are rarely passed along to
others..

Who said they were wrong? I said there were no specifics to the JD=20
Power survey. And there isn't.

Interesting that you can't quote one single instance of someone claiming=20
that.
Who, exactly, was misleading others with that claim?
