Okay I need to know, if they charge for roaming and if they do...how much?

Next I need to know if the phone displays how many minutes I have left?

hi Flipmode101, cingular don't charge for roaming on prepaid.
you can find you balance if you dial *777# and the press send. cingular will send you a txt massaging about your balance.
reloading is #777 press send.
after you make a call or txt massaging, cingular send you txt how much you spend on that transaction and how much is your remaining money on that phone.
txt massage charge 10 cents.
incoming txt is free.
local, long distance call is the same.
10 cents per min on night and weekend. night start at 9 pm. the 10cents start on friday 9pm up to monday 7pm. hope this help.
