Setting up Visual Voicemail (VVM) For the First Time:

  1. While viewing a home screen, press the "Menu" key on your device
  2. Tap "Voicemail"
  3. Press "Yes"

Changing the Visual Voicemail (VVM) Greeting:

  1. While on a home screen, press the "Menu" key
  2. Tap "Voicemail"
  3. Tap "More"
  4. Select "Voicemail settings"
  5. Tap "Record greeting"
  6. Select one of the options: "Personal greeting", "Name only", "Standard greeting"
  7. Tap "Next"
  8. Press the "Record" icon to begin the recording process
  9. Press the "Stop" icon to end the recording process
  10. Tap "Save"

Changing the Visual Voicemail (VVM) Password:

  1. Press the "Menu" button while viewing a home screen
  2. Tap "Voicemail"
  3. Press "More"
  4. Select "Voicemail settings" then tap "Change PIN"
  5. Enter your current PIN then tap "Save". Note: to reset your current PIN, dial #793#
  6. Type in your new PIN then tap "Save"
  7. Re-enter the new PIN and confirm by pressing "Save"

Listening to Voicemail Messages:

  1. While viewing a home screen, press the "Menu" key on your device
  2. Select "Voicemail"
  3. Tap the message that you wish to listen to
  4. Tap the "Play" icon to play the message

Disabling Visual Voicemail (VVM):

  1. Press the "Menu" button on your device, while viewing one of the home screens
  2. Select "Voicemail"
  3. Tap "More"
  4. Press "Voicemail settings"
  5. Tap "Deactivate now"
  6. Press "Yes" to confirm
