Getting cancelled?

I've heard that repeated calls to customer service will result in your service contract getting cancelled. Is it true?!

I heard that also. But how else can you get service?

I think you have to call...like...9236982364876234234 times before they'll do it. I heard this when the iPhone came out because people were trying to find a way to get out of their contracts without paying a cancellation fee...which is what I'm considering doing. Sprint's phone selection is pretty lame right now and it's about time for a new phone. My beloved Fusic is starting to act up more and more...

I know a year ago a couple people were reporting this problem but since then I have not seen to many problems as far as this goes.

Have you checked out the Samsung Instinct? I have it and it is probably one of their best phones. Go play with one at the Sprint store....
