Hi (New to Forum)
My friend has graciously offered to give me his Telus Keybo as he's moved on to another provider while I'm still with them [Telus].
Is it possible to have him reset to the factory settings even though he's no longer with Telus? He said he tried but he needed a code to reset. This code is apparently his 4-digit phone number which now won't work because he's transferred.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
Lil_c

Re: Taking over friend's Telus Keybo
When the phone gets added on to your account and over-the-air programing is complete this 4 digit code will set to the last 4 digits of your phone number, then you can perform the factory reset.

Re: Taking over friend's Telus Keybo
hey, add me to MSN. There is a program called LG Download and you will be able to retrieve that code along with the SPC code (if you wish to program your number to that phone instead of paying Telus).
get my email from www dot piczo dot com / makaveliadam71
you will be charged for them to program the phone. your best bet is to download lg download and the vx9100 dll file and do that. it's simple. once you get your spc code it is simple to program the phone you just change where you see your friends phone number and replace it with yours. you can even do this in the lg download program.
