What he really wants you to know about SprintPCS, will make you choose
    another carrier:

J.D. Power EVERY Year rates SprintPCS worst for Customer Service. Sprint
    must be doing something wrong.

    - CSRs (on the "800" line) with strict handle time limits (6 minutes
    average)

    - CSRs with upsell quotas - must sell contracts, "Vision" or something

    - CSRs that get downgraded if a call has to be escalated,
so they often refuse to do so. No one knows how to
    activate "ReadyLink".

    - Long hold times for phone calls - slightly better in 2004, still long.

    - 24/7 phone support is History

    - CSRs that tell you what they think you want to hear
to rush you off the phone.

    - Serious grief in getting rebates for many people

    - Internet connectivity deteriorating as its oversold.

    - Secret "don't ask - Don't tell" policy of using cellphone
    as modem.

    - Secret Warranties - Recalls that you don't know about
unless you complain to the right person at
    right time.

    - Stores where firmware upgrades require leaving your phone all day,
and then often finding out nothing was done.

    - Network changes causing loss of coverage used as excuse to sell you
new phone with new 2 year contract.

Sprint is second worse to ATT, according to Consumer Reports, but those two
account for a majority of accounts and the statistical majority of
complaints; meaning, the small companies do a far better job!

Sprint is constantly staving off bankruptcy, hence their "cost cutting"
measures....sort of like a fire station in east austin who retires their
fire truck and their 911 operator to "save costs" and outsouces the
firetruck response team and telephone operators to Malawi, Africa.

Sure, you look good on the books....until there is a fire.

Sure, Sprint's investors are happy...with the second quarter
earnings...until the 3rd quarter earnings come out.

If you continue to eat your own legs and arms in order to appear healthy to
the tribe so they won't leave you behind in the snow like Indians always
did, pretty soon when the tribe begins to pack up because the stench of
their feces, garbage and dog **** is too much, the billions of flies are
biting, they've **** and pissed into the water and it's fouled and they've
massacred all the game, fish and birds around, then you're left laying on
your robes in the old campgroud, looking real healthy but legless....and
    covered with flies.

Welcome to the harsh world of Sprint reality.

Sell Sprint stock as fast as you can.
