    I'm going from 350/2150 8PM start with a sanyo 4500 for $40
    to 600/unlimited 9PM start with 2 LG5350s for $45.
Sound good. Could I have done better.
What to do with the 4500 now?
2 years old used ~500 minutes a month.
    Have charger and car charger.

I think you have done great, but for whatever reason I am reading post
after post with folks getting 8pm nights, some even 7pm for a $7
    charge--

I let my 8pm nights go for a while for a better plan, not as good as you
    got--really missed the 8pm thing--but that's just me

Yo probably agreed to a contract extension, and if you have, you have
lost some leverage-----Naturally you have the greatest with no contract,
especially with the number port thing coming up--

But like a lot of others offering advise, you have already done better
than I did---I gave up my leverage too quick, but for a few more minutes
and my 8pm back which was what I was after.

The Sanyo 4500 was replaced by the 4700, and the Speaker Phone function
had bugs fixed. Maybe you could get a few $$ for the whole caboodle on
    eBay.

Federal Law allows 72 hours to Cancel. So if he's under that he has all his
    leverage.

    He should call 800-658-7564

Hopefully, not been more than the 3 days. Could you give more info on
the 3 day cancellation thing--I only have a vague memory about
it--something about anything agreed to over the phone, right??

    Re: Plan Change

After my post, wondered if the new Consumer Code guide would give even
more time, ie does thsi apply to contract extensions--verizon has given
14 days for quite a while--which makes me wonder, what is the official
sprint policy on this been, past and present?? anyone know.

    good posts...

To get info on this search for " consumer code " on phone scoop
