Calculate a Blackberry PIN number from an ESN

I'm not sure where to ask this question so I'll start here.

Does anyone know how to calculate a Blackberry PIN given the ESN (and
vice versa)?

I don't know, but it wouldn't make sense to have that ability. The ESN should be a
constant and your PIN should be able to be changed, at your desire to do so.

So I would have to guess that the two numbers have no relationship to each other.

Just as a bank card PIN would have no relationship to the account number.

It would defeat the idea of security for the PIN.
