Some of the Nokia CDMA models allowed you to type in a code like *#743# or
*#SID# from the numeric keyboard to obtain the System ID of the cellular
tower currently in use. This way you could cross reference the SID to find
out what network you were roaming on without having to call 611 Customer
    Service.

Is there a similar system to use on the Motorola(s)?
    Models like: v120, v60i, c343

    Thanks in advance!

Sorry for finding the answer to my own question here (after doing a Google
Groups search for a Motorola v120 SID):

Excellent information. Question: Anyone know how to display the SID on a
    Kyocera 6035?

The instructions posted for the 2035 do not work.
