Well apperently, it is not available in all 3G areas, like advertised.

Long Beach, Burbank, Bakersfield, Passadena, East Los Angeles,... the list goes on and on and on, even though there might be 3G coverage, the video share feature is not yet available in those area's... Which is completely insane because of all the hype they are giving at the at&t stores about this stupid feature!

I dont really care, cause I wouldnt use it, beacuse one way video is unnecessary in my eyes, why not just release the phone with two way video like every other country in the world? haha.

Oh well, I still like at&t.

Thanks for your help though. :-)
This is from the 3G coverage page popup:

Please Note: AT&T Video Share requires 3G coverage. Video Share is available in the 3G areas listed below, EXCEPT for Anaheim, Bakersfield, Burbank, East Los Angeles, Glendale, Irvine, Long Beach, Los Angeles, Norwalk, Ontario, Oxnard, Pasadena, Pomona, Santa Ana.
