Napster, Kazaa, Bearshare, Limewire, iMesh... These all seem to have either gone legal, or infested with viruses, spam, and FBI agents. Torrents are the new thing now, but its not as easy to get just 1 random song. Is there any existence of a P2P program that is as awesome as the ones a listed above used to be?

Well, if you're lucky enough to find an album broken up into individual tracks in a torrent, you can use that and just select the one song to download.

There is a good torrent site out there for music. It's oink.me.uk. Only problem is is that you need to be invited to join the site. And if you don't keep a positive share ratio, you can get banned...

Yeah, but who says you're downloading anything illegal? There is hard to find independent music and freeware all over it, something you have to love.

Who doesn't Mark? lol I would love to see those days come back, but hey - let's face it - it's not going to happen. The world has changed a lot, and will continue to change with new technology (Moore's Law), forcing us to encounter different methods of finding things.
