QUESTION REGARDING UNLOCKING PHONES USING DCT4

my first question is does the DCT4 program work with all brands of phones or is it just for unlocking nokia phones only? my second question is, is there updates on the carrier files or an update of that program in the works? third question is when the pro
gram calculated the keys, there are 7 lines of them, do i enter all 7 of them exactly like it appears in the program or i could just pick out anyone from line 1 through 7? and what is with the +1# thing in the unlocking code?

DCT4 is a generation of Nokia phones and the program only works for them.

7 codes for 7 locks, you only usually use the fisrt one.
