I have a question regarding unlocking, but I am NOT asking for unlocking.

I have recently acquired a Rogers Blackberry 6210, and I was wondering if it was possible to unlock it. Some say it can be done, some others say it's not possible, and I can't seem to get a definitive answer.

Anyone has an idea if it's possible or not?
