    My friend has a moto a630 and I have a siemens S66. We both have bluetooth and I wanted to send him some things through it. When we both activate bluetooth and I do a search for bluetooth items even if he is right next to me, my phone will not pick up his device. I have used bluetooth before with my other friend and it worked fine. Could it be because I have cingular and he has tmobile? Any other possible solutions?

    Im not 100% about it but I believe it's because of the service providers. Ask Cingular about your problem.

    It should NOT be the service provider! Tell him to turn DISCOVERY (bluetooth) on, that's most probably the problem.
