V220 - Seems to Reboot Itself

Hi,

I'm a newbie to please be gentle.

I bought my wife and I a V220 each just 2 days ago on the internet and all was fine.
Now, on one phone if we try to enter Setting-Personalise the screen goes blank for around 10 seconds, and then reverts to the normal standby display ... this looks very much like the phone is rebooting itself.
Anyone seen this before ? Got a fix ? Do I need to return it under warranty (and the pain that entails) ?

I'd really appreciate any suggestions.

Most likely. Seems like a lot of things similar to this happen with motorola and nokia phones
